Rainbow Leader

I have been in Guiding for many years first as a Young Leader in Grays, then moving up the ranks to Guide Leader at Ockendon. I was then appointed the District Commissioner and served a term of several years. I was approached in 2005 to start a Rainbow Unit in Ockendon and how could I refuse! I started the 1st Ockendon Rainbow Unit on 6th May 2005 with 11 girls. The rest as we say is history!
